Dark ruby colour, opaque core, purple rim. Dark berry fruit with fine herbal savouriness in the background, a hint of blueberry and blackberry, delicate nougat, nuances of orange zest. Juicy, elegant, fresh wild berry confit, lively structure, well-integrated tannins, pronounced in fruit finish, a versatile food companion with good development and certain ageing potential.
