Medium golden yellow, ripe notes on the nose, honeycomb, peach, apricot, honeydew melon, some fruit candy. Powerful and sweet on the palate, fruity and creamy with well-balanced acidity and soft mousse. A sparkling wine that exists as an aperitif and with food.
