Tasting Notes
Fragrant nose, lots of savouriness, allspice, cinnamon, musk, lavender, wood savouriness, vanilla, white nougat, roasted sesame, apple skin, blossom honey. Dense and compact on the palate despite its slender structure, lots of texture, fine phenolics, fine acidity, well balanced.
More about the tastingA powerful woody note dominates the nose, with spicy aromas of allspice, lavender and cumin. In the mouth there's a deep core and plenty of substance, and the wood note is better integrated than on the nose. With lean alcohol, this is an unusual but quite compelling wine.
