The sweet and dessert wine Cochem Bischofsstuhl Riesling Spätlese, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Kloster Ebernach has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
The aroma is reminiscent of candied lemon peel. In the mouth a short sugary attack, then a juicy acidity as in the previous year, good extract, good length. This wine will provide much pleasure if served cool with hearty appetisers or dishes with teriyaki sauce.
