In addition to the notes of spontaneous fermentation (apple, apple peel, herbs, yeast, some malt), there is the stony, chalky aroma of the Hundertgulden. Powerful on the palate, not in bodybuilder style, but well dosed, made with elegance in mind, mineral, citrus, very fine phenolics. Long.
