Dense, spicy aroma, delicately yeasty and reductive, dried grapefruit, sesame seeds, herbs de Provence, veal stock. With enormous substance on the palate, profound, yet straight forward, elegantly elaborated phenol, grippy acidity, salty-mineral length. Great potential!
