Pale yellow-green. Characterized by fine herbal spice on the nose, delicate tangerine zest, yellow stone fruit notes, pleasant minerality. Juicy, fresh white tropical fruit, good complexity, extract sweetness and some herbal spice, fine citrus fruit on the finish, dark, salty minerals in the aftertaste.
