Tasting Notes
Dark ruby colour, purple reflections, slightly watery rim. Inviting blackberry jelly aroma, fine spicy notes, pleasant chocolaty touch, delicate honey flavour, a multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, dark berry flavours on the palate, very elegant, finely structured, and fruity, with lovely nougat on the long finish. It is a wonderful and harmonious food wine, with very great ageing potential.
