Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections, soft brightening on the rim. Fine wood spice, ripe sweet cherries, a touch of caramel underlaid with a subtle touch of mint. Juicy, elegant, chocolaty touch, vivid tannins, persistent , mineral finish, subtle bitter chocolate touch on the aftertaste.
More about the tastingDark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Attractive wild berry confit, underlaid with ripe heart cherries, a hint of precious wood and sweet spices, some nougat. Juicy, elegant, chocolaty texture, dark berries, supporting tannins, nougat on the finish, very good length, will benefit from bottle ageing.
