Farbe: kräftiges Strohgelb mit grünlichem Schimmer Geruch: vielschichtig und tiefgründig mit Noten von Stachelbeeren, Grapefruit, Tomatenblätter und ein Hauch von Minze und Salbei. Geschmack: körperreich, komplex, salzige Noten mit extremer Fülle und Eleganz, sehr kraftvoll und mineralisch im Abgang. Clear, light straw yellow, slightly greenish shimmer. Shows finely drawn notes of lemon balm and sage, then some gooseberry, very clear. Great playfulness on the palate, with notes of gooseberry and Mirabelle plum, fresh acidity gives the wine very good length.
