A savoury Riesling aroma, cumin and pepper, orange peel, kumquat. On the palate, the silky, cultivated mousse is impressive, the acidity is seamlessly integrated with the not at all lightweight body, the terpenic extract adds distinctive bitter tones, which are integrated by a restrained sweetness.
