The white wine »Kalkstein« Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Künstler has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Lime is not only on the label, it is also found in the aroma, as well as black currant and some green bell pepper. The palate is also characterised by lime, minerality, powerfully built, nice spice, good density, juicy acidity, the alcohol is well integrated, soft phenolics, also mineral on the finish.
