Tasting Notes
Bright yellow-green with a nose of orange zest, yellow apple and vineyard peach. Subtle notes of blossom honey hover in the background. The palate is juicy, complex and elegant with well integrated acidity and mineral freshness. There is also a lovely combination of sweet tropical fruit and tobacco savouriness that reveals itself on the finish. Will make an excellent food companion.
