The white wine »R« Ludwigshöhe Teufelskopf Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Lamberth has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Deep yellow, still shows smoky notes from barrique ageing, dark aromas of roots, herbs with ripe, exotic honeydrew melon. Powerful and firmly built on the palate with sweet extract and ripe acidity. Spice and some wood tannin, with juice and texture, good potential.
