Pastel colours. Emphatically fresh on the nose with notes of leafy green, blackcurrant and peppermint. Juicy and straightforward on the palate, with freshness and tension and a very pure, typical Cabernet fruit finish. Stylish blanc de noirs - and not too sweet.
