The sekt »Cuvée« brut, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Lamm-Jung has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Riesling, Traminer, Müller-Thurgau, Grauburgunder, Weißburgunder from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Fine ripeness on the nose, beeswax, red apple and peach, yellow curry. On the palate, a very fine, almost creamy mousse gives freshness and volume in equal measure, supple notes, fine acidity and tactile minerality give an impression of a quite complete wine.
