The white wine »Steillage Premium« Riesling feinherb, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Lamm-Jung has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
The nose shows savoury notes, it smells finely matured with a delicate petrol tone, slightly of thyme and lemon balm. The palate impresses with its cool juiciness, the ripe flavour is fresh and youthful, yet animating. The acidity is harmoniously composed.
