The white wine »Premium« Riesling trocken, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Lamm-Jung has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Light green-golden colour. Fragrant notes of ripe cereals on the nose, then citrus freshness and Mediterranean herbs, also delicate hints of vineyard peach, very restrained ripeness. Initially impressively juicy on the palate, then lush with citrus notes and great grip. Wonderfully grown-up.
