Very delicate and elegant pale onion skin colour. Fresh on the nose, with a flavour of gooseberries and foliage and a hint of wood. Refreshingly juicy and supple on the palate, light citrus flavours underline the drinking flow, the acidity is short and concise, the drinking pleasure is great. Amazing freshness after all these years.
