Pale cream with an attractive mousse. Multi-layered on the palate, with ripe fruit flavours of quince, red berries and honeydew melon, toasty nuances, a subtle mousse with a fine blend of sweetness and acidity, lots of drinking pleasure on the finish. .
More about the tastingCream-coloured with a pink shimmer. The aroma is complex and carried by ripe fruit: red berries, some pepper, honey and baked quince. The palate develops a very fine mousse, flows smoothly with a fine interplay of fruit and acidity and a berry finish.
