Light yellow green colour with silver reflections. Delicate lime zest and meadow herbs, white apples, discreetly nutty bouquet in the echo. Medium-bodied, juicy, fine pears, fresh acidity, mineral and lemony finish, subtle juiciness, salty aftertaste, a versatile food wine.
