Pale golden yellow, a silver sheen. A fine, persistent mousse. Subtle peach nuances, some passion fruit, lime zest, an attractive bouquet. Taut, white stone fruit, a lively acidity, mineral, subtle pineapple notes, mango in the aftertaste, versatile.
