Light salmon pink, silver reflections, fine mousse. Fresh wild red berry confit, preserved cherries, inviting bouquet with undertones of candied orange zest. Slender, white apple, subtle strawberry flavours, fine acidity, mineral, light-footed, summery, animating style.
