Delicately cream-coloured. A radiant red berryish fruit emerges from the glass, accompanied by yeasty notes and a flinty mineral tone. On the palate quite full-bodied, with a rather dynamic mousse contrasting the smooth base, the acid backbone is firm enough to keep the comparatively strong alcohol in check. A sparkling wine to accompany a meal.
