Tasting Notes
Strong ruby garnet with purple reflections and broader ochre rim. Fine black forest berry fruit, candied orange zest, some nougat and a floral background, a very attractive bouquet. Substantial, elegant and balanced, ripe sweet cherry, fine tannins, chocolatey finish, lingers long, perfect to drink now. Very convincing.
More about the tastingDeep dark ruby colour, opaque core. Mineral, dark berry aroma on the nose, fine tobacco savouriness, fresh cherry, very multi-faceted bouquet, delicate savouriness in the background. Juicy red berry fruit supported by a fine acidity, already well balanced, without rough edges, fine sweet wild berry fruit on the finish, a rather delicate Blaufränkisch with good prospects.
