Tasting Notes
Dark ruby colour, purple reflections, slightly watery rim. Intense dark berry confit, fine toasty aromas, pleasant spicy notes, ripe plum, chocolatey touch. Full-bodied, fresh blackberry flavour, delicate hints of cassis, peppery nuances, well-integrated tannins, refined acidity, ripe cherry on the finish. It is already gluggable, and is a multi-faceted food wine with certain ageing potential.
