Tasting Notes
Dark crimson garnet, good depth of color, subtle ochre rim. Mineral-backed nuances of pickled cherries, a hint of ripe plums, delicate tobacco, somewhat restrained, needs air. Juicy, elegant, fine-boned, silky tannins, sweet red berry fruit on the finish, salty-lemon touch, fine nougat, well matured, a fine food companion, light on its feet and persistent.
