Tasting Notes
Dense and finely savoury on the nose, cinnamon, allspice, raspberry, plum, cassis, red bell pepper, spruce needle, milk chocolate. Powerful on the palate, juicy fruit, fine-grained tannins, lots of savouriness for drive and tension, initial notes of maturity but with certain ageing potential for many more years.
