An aroma of fine vanilla, yellow apple, pear skin, ripe hazelnut, mandarine as well as a hint of meadow herbs. Complex, dense and full-bodied on the palate with a hint of roasted flavours. The long finish is accompanied by fine phenolics and mineral flavours.
