Tasting Notes
Thyme and sage, a hint of Darjeeling, wormwood, pronounced savoury notes, balsamic. Silky and juicy on the palate, very elegantly restrained, with a layer of suppleness typical of the vineyard site, with a powerful tactile mineral base, no monster extract, homogeneous and long in all components that bring out elegance.
