Tasting Notes
Barrel 7 2020 Walporzheim Kräuterberg, discovered by an unknown finder in Ahrweiler who called: There's a barrel of yours in the street, and it was lying somewhere in a backyard. On the nose, hints of raisin with subtle notes of wood, cocoa powder and lots of slate. On the palate, the wine is Kräuterberg as we know it: full of texture, and with a wall of very fine tannin, very juicy in the background and remaining homogeneous for a very long time on the fine and mineral finish. A big wine with a long finish.
