On the nose still rather closed with a clear note of wood; earthy notes (red beet), but then also a sense of ‘light’ fruit reaching into the palette of stone fruit aromas. Lots of juice on the palate, intense & grainy tannin, lively acidity that winds up in a concise fashion, intensely mineral.
