The red wine Bockenheim Sonnenberg Cabernet Franc trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Neiss has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 - 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Franc from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
On the nose, aromas of paprika, ivy, dark fruits such as blackberry, wood, pepper and a hint of chocolate. On the palate there is a nice balance between fruit and vegetal notes. A well-integrated acidity, stronger tannin structure in balance with the acidity. Beautiful finish.
