A medium-bodied red. Very engaging bouquet, with notes of cassis and red berries and a discreet woodiness. On the palate, a powerful attack - tense, with silky tannin, and juicy acidity. The finish is fresh and mineral laden. A noble, elegant, almost purist wine.
