Initially still closed, the aroma gradually opens up into notes of orange confit, honey candy and ripe pear. On the palate, the texture and body contrast with the acidity, sweetness gives the fruit resonance, a hint of carbonic acid refreshes the robust structure. Good length, certain ageing potential.
