Gewachsen auf Devon Schiefer an den Steilstlagen der Terrassenmosel, bekommt dieser Wein seine einzigartige Stilistik. Durch seine feinen Burgundernoten mit einem Hauch an Holz, wird dieser Wein zu einem Gaumenschmeichler. Die 24 Monate Barrique Lager bringen feine Nuancen an Mokka und Zartbitterschokolade mit. Die harmonischen - weichen Säuren lassen den Wein sehr rund wirken. Sehr gut passt der Pinot Noir zu gegrilltem Fleisch und Gemüse, dunklem Fisch oder am Kamin für nette Abende mit Freunde!

Fine fruity nose with notes of cherry, raspberry and strawberry, some orange peel and fine smoke, pepper and dried herbs. Intense on the palate, gripping in a deep structure with engaging character. Lively, balanced acidity, good fruit expression with ripe red cherries, gently extracted tannin, underpinned by slate minerality. Finishes on a spicy note and slightly peppery. Shows varietal typicity and character.
