Auxerrois (Gelber Burgunder): Gewachsen auf Rotem Schiefer an einem Südwesthang in der Lage Ellerer Bienenlay an der Mosel, bekommt dieser Wein seine einzigartige Stilistik. Durch seine feinen Burgundernoten mit einem Hauch an Mineralität, wird dieser Wein zu einem Gaumenschmeichler. Seine harmonisch - weichen Säuren lassen den Wein sehr rund wirken. Sehr gut passt der Auxerrois zu frischem Gemüse, Fisch, Hühnerfleisch oder zu Knabbereien auf der Terrasse.

Fragrant, varied and still slightly yeasty bouquet, very appealing. On the palate, exuberant, full-bodied and supple. A soft but decisive wine, with this style Auxerrois has a future on the Moselle.
