The white wine »Fine« Riesling feinherb, vintage 2023 from the winery Wein+Gut Oster has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Subtle on the nose, with a finely woven mosaic of aromas from peach, pear and apricot to a hint of slate spice. Almost slow motion on the palate, with finely chiselled acidity, noticeable honey sweetness with clear fruit, grippy phenolics and a spicy minerality providing profile.
