Beautiful, savoury nose, pepper, clove, sour cherry, raspberry, rhubarb, rose hip. Gripping on the palate, juicy fruit of sour cherry and ripe strawberry, a beautiful spiciness as well as a lively acidity and well-integrated, pithy tannin.
