Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Sour cherry and plum on the nose, also notes of mulberry. On the palate there is clear cherry fruit and also plum with good freshness and acidity, medium in stature and elegant in expression. Finely extracted tannin and sensitive use of wood. Well done!
