Aromas of warm stone initially, then mussel shells, Amalfi lemons, quince, pears, lemon balm and pine needles. Compact, firm palate with subtle acidity; there is a herbaceous-spiciness to the fresh and discreet fruit. Salty, with densely woven fruit, it lingers with a long finish. Elegant and youthful.
