Pear, quince, Mirabelle plum, spicy-mineral, earthy. On the palate with an earthy grounded quality, juicy, the phenolics are grippy, almost mellow, dense, the minerality shows itself with a lot of savouriness, "almost painful", as one of the tasters noted, good length.
