The red wine Blauburgunder DOC Exclusiv Riserva, vintage 2014 from the winery Weingut Plonerhof has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright ruby with garnet shimmer. Finely drawn nose, hints of aniseed and cloves, then lots of pomegranate, some raspberry. Juicy and salty on the palate, shows lots of present fruit, sour cherry and raspberry, opens up with fine-meshed tannins, good length.
