The white wine »Rainer Sauer L« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Rainer Sauer has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Apple-influenced notes on the nose, light caraway notes, clearly restrained. On the palate then with astonishing texture, very structurally dense, still rather closed aromas, becomes more and more beautiful with air.
