The white wine Wachenheim Riesling trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Reichsrat von Buhl has been rated in 2016 by Axel Biesler with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
It already appears surprisingly ripe and has an aroma of mild spice and quinces. A white wine for the cold season, one would think. And why not? If it's wise advice not to serve it ice cold, you're actually dealing with a herb-fresh Riesling.
