Balsamic, spontaneous fermentation, spice, plus notes of mirabelle plum, apple skin and iron oxide. On the palate there are buttery phenolics, full and poised on the one hand, but also finely-nerved and juicy-mineral on the other. A subtle site and vintage style of great distinction.
