Tasting Notes
Could easily be mistaken for Champagne, on the nose, yeasty aromas with notes of small red berries and apple. There is plenty of volume on the mousse, the palate has a generous body, but not broad, with supple layers, juicy acidity and a rather strong dose of sweetness for the Buhl cosmos, with a complex, spicy finish.
