A slightly oblique nose greets us, reduction, smoke, ethereal hints. On the palate it shows with restrained ripeness; fruit, acidity and matter in wonderful balance. Juicy and structured, beautiful chalky minerality, opens up in slow motion. Who can wait ten years?
