Promisingly dense, open, spicy aromas of roasted coriander seeds, white pepper, sandalwood, cedar, dried thyme and sage on the nose. Very invitingly nutty. Fruit rather subtle, with dried apricot. Firmer and less playful on the palate. Builds up a lot of pressure and tension. Stable acidity and piquant minerality and spice lead the wine into a long finish. Lots of depth.
