The white wine »Rossbach« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Richard Östreicher has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Franconia in Germany.
Pale golden yellow in colour. The nose reveals buttery and nutty aromas with notes of flax and fresh apricot. On the palate the wine has a high concentration, intense fruit, fine-grained, dense phenolics and elegant acidity. Limestone minerality dominates the finish.
